New Variety - Cantaloupe!

We are now growing Cantaloupe microgreens regularly! We have grown them in the past, but infrequently. They have a fresh, mild flavor with a hint of sweetness!

Nutritionally they contain magnesium, manganese, copper, potassium, iron, calcium, thiamine, riboflavin, zinc, and dietary fiber. They are rich in beta-carotene and lutein antioxidants, along with vitamins A, B3, C, E, and K.

They serve as a vibrant and nutritious addition to salads, especially fruit salads, as well as smoothies and desserts. They are my 7-year-old grandson’s very favorite microgreen and asks me if I have some growing every time he visits!

Sign up today to receive your cantaloupe microgreens regularly with our subscription program, or purchase them at The Food Co-op in Port Townsend! We think you’ll love them!
